The main reason for cat shows is to achieve a better knowledge of different cat breeds and give information about cats and their good treatment as pets.

Through shows people interested in cats and show activities have a possibility to compete, make contacts and share thoughts and have fun together.

To be authorized to participate in shows one must be a member of a cat club.
